Who will be the next Transfiguration teacher with Minerva McGonagall becoming Headmistress? Will it be someone we know – perhaps someone from the Order? One thing to consider, though, the Headmistress could continue to teach. Just because Dumbledore didn’t teach any classes doesn’t mean that a Headmaster can’t teach a class.
On the other hand, someone like Moody can come back too. They will think that Harry is coming back to school and needs extra protect, right? Moody would have the qualifications as you need a NEWT in Transfiguration to become an auror like he is.

I think maybe Nymphandora could be the transfiguration teacher because she can change her hair color, size and style. I think she could be a great teacher!! She is in the Order too so maybe that's why McGonagall hired her so that she can have someone in the Order that could help her.
