Some of them were very famous wizards, some not, but they had portraits in different places. So wherever you find Dumbledore's picture, you'll find Dumbledore. Where would we be likely to find Dumbledore's portrait? Here are a few that we know of and a few that are speculation, do you have any more?

I don't think we will find a picture of Dumbledore in the Ministry because the Ministry has no intention of showing even a glimpse of respect to Dumbledore. Although because of the Wizengamot and other degrees Dumbledore got, the Ministry might be forced to frame a picture of him. As for St. Mungo's I believe that they definitely will.
